Sara is a Manager at Intellera Consulting where she has been advising mostly Government organisations and collaborating on research and policy analysis on how to grasp the opportunities of disruptive technologies as well as on how to mitigate the related risks by implementing a responsible and sustainable adoption of AI.
She was previously part of PwC Advisory where she carried out many advisory projects with both public and private (mainly in the financial sector) organisations concerning technology adoption and innovation management. She was an active contributor to the Ethical Framework of PwC’s Responsible AI Toolkit being part of PwC’s Global Responsible AI team.
Her main area of expertise is digital strategy definition and public policy analysis, in particular regarding Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. She is also skilled in business analysis in terms of business modelling and business case, market definition as well as solution and journey design definition for the development of solutions for both private and public stakeholders.
Sara holds a MSc in Mathematics and conducted relevant research activity abroad in the field of Applied Mathematics.
